We strive to provide a facility that meets the current and future needs of the church, making the best possible use of God’s funding for each project. We work closely with the church from their fund raising program to assisting them with their lending, through completion of their project. We encourage and employ in-kind donations of materials and services from church members and the community. We’ll put the generous gifts to work for the church in an effort to maximize all cost savings opportunities without sacrificing quality of the project.

Shared Savings Guarantee

We offer a Guarantee Maximum Price (GMP/Shared Savings) type of agreement on every church project. Throughout the project we are committed to our clients to save them money, without compromising quality, so the project costs less than the maximum price guarantee. At the end of the project savings are shared with the church receiving the majority of the savings to help the ministry.

Church Builders Southeast has an employee incentive program that encourages its employees to manage projects efficiently and safely without compromising quality.

In 2007 Canco was named the Largest Volume Builder in the U. S. for Varco Pruden, a leading manufacturer in the steel building industry with over 900 authorized builders in the United States.

"Legend In Steel" Award
Varco-Pruden recognized John D. Prahl, Canco President and Owner, with the "Legend In Steel" award, the most prestigious recognition for long time builders. There have only been four other builders in Varco Pruden's 50-year history to be presented with the award, the first time ever to a Florida builder.

Hall of Fame
