| How should we finance our construction project? |
| We have worked with many of the major lending institutions across the country and we can offer assistance with obtaining loans in various capacities with different types of lenders. |
| Should I build new, or buy existing? |
| Sometimes it is more cost effective to buy a used building and renovate the building that has most of what you need. Often times you can start using the purchased building during the renovations! Of course, building new is the most flexible and ideal solution to your needs. There are advantages and disadvantages to both... if you're unsure of what to do, please give us a call we'll help you make a decision. |
