Testimonials / Case Studies

First Baptist Church of Brandon had completed design of their new facility with an architect only find out that they were $2 million over their budget. After determining they could not complete what had been designed we were contacted and the building was redesigned and completed for less than originally estimated. The savings they realized allowed them to add many upgrades they would not have otherwise been able to afford.

Sunset Bay Chapel had completed their design and after waiting on pricing from the contractor they were informed by their lender that they had to find another contractor that could complete the work within their budget and time constraints.

St. John the Divine Episcopal Church had completed design and had started the permitting process when their contractor went out of business. We stepped in and completed their beautiful facility with a Guaranteed Maximum Price/Shared Savings agreement. After they realized how much their share of the savings was going to be they kept calling us back for additional work.

First Baptist Church at the Mall spent over $110,000 in design fees for a worship center with what they were told would be a maximum seating of 1,800. After we became involved in completing the design this church ended up with a state of the art facility with a 2,400 seat sanctuary.
