First Baptist Church of Brandon had completed design of their new facility with an architect only find out that they were $2 million over their budget. After determining they could not complete what had been designed we were contacted and the building was redesigned and completed for less than originally estimated. The savings they realized allowed them to add many upgrades they would not have otherwise been able to afford.

Sunset Bay Chapel had completed their design and after waiting on pricing from the contractor they were informed by their lender that they had to find another contractor that could complete the work within their budget and time constraints.
